PMZ Games reserves the absolute right to update, modify, or delete any portion of this 150-point framework at its sole discretion without prior notice. Continued interaction with the Service constitutes irrevocable acceptance of the most current version.

01. Governance & Definitions

001 This document constitutes the entire agreement between User and PMZ Games.
002 Service encompasses all executables, servers, and digital assets.
003 User Acceptance is triggered by the initiation of the software package.
004 Severability: Any invalid point does not affect the remaining 149 points.
005 No Waiver: Failure to enforce a point does not waive our future right to do so.
006 Unilateral Right: We may modify terms without individual notification.

024 OS Instability: No liability for system crashes or kernel panics.
025 Peripheral Failure: No liability for monitors, mice, or keyboards.
026 Malicious Actors: We are not responsible for the actions of cheaters.
027 Emotional Distress: We are not liable for in-game social interactions.
028 Data Loss: No liability for corrupted save files or profiles.
029 Third-Party Scripts: We do not monitor external software interference.
030 Indemnification: You will pay our legal fees if you sue and lose.
